Among Us is an online multiplayer deduction game from 2018 that became massively popular in 2020.
While the gameplay is inspired by party games like Mafia and Werewolf, the narrative backdrop is inspired by Ridley Scott’s Alien film from 1979 and John Carpenter’s The Thing from 1982.
The Norwegian Sesame Street
On November 10th 1969, the children’s series Sesame Street premiered on PBS in the United States.
It became incredibly popular, and soon it’s influence started to reach beyond America’s borders. Over the years a large number of international co-productions of Sesame Street was produced.
